Spring Symposium 2023
The Dutch Network of Women Professors invites you to its annual Spring Symposium on Monday, June 19th 2023 between 12h00 and 18h00 CET. We are excited to come together at science museum NEMO in Amsterdam and offer you a program filled with interesting and inspiring speeches and discussions.
This year's theme is 'The Ideal Academy'. What does the ideal academy look like? What should change or stay the same? These and many more engaging questions will be discussed throughout the afternoon, while focusing on gender specific elements. Working language of the event will be English.

2022 Women Professors Monitor
On December 8, the Dutch Network of Women Professors (LNVH) presented the 2022 Women Professors Monitor.
The Monitor provides insight in the current figures concerning the ratio of women to men in academia, as well as the representation of women in university boards, university medical centers and other academic organisations.

LNVH aims to promote and sustain equal representation of women in academia, works towards the betterment of the position of women of all backgrounds and pushes for an inclusive and safe academic community.
About LNVH
The Dutch Network of Women Professors (Landelijk Netwerk Vrouwelijke Hoogleraren - LNVH) began life informally in the nineties, and became a foundation on the 9th of August 2001. The LNVH is a network of over 1400 female professors and associate professors. Together they represent every discipline and all Dutch Universities. The LNVH aims to promote the proportionate representation of women in academia.
