LNVH Affiliates’ Meeting 2026

Women’s health is increasingly recognised as a critical factor in creating inclusive, sustainable, and equitable academic workplaces. Yet many health-related experiences throughout the life course continue to be overlooked in organisational policies and workplace cultures. During this year’s meeting, we will explore how academic institutions can better support staff wellbeing, foster sustainable careers, and translate emerging knowledge into meaningful organisational change. 

The programme will feature expert perspectives from different disciplines, opportunities for affiliates to share promising practices and initiatives from their own institutions, and an interactive discussion on challenges and opportunities for policy and practice. Alongside these conversations, the meeting will offer ample opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the LNVH network. 

The event will take place as an evening programme, including dinner and networking. Registration will open soon, and a detailed programme will be announced in the coming weeks. We look forward to welcoming our affiliates for what promises to be an engaging and inspiring gathering.
