This Chair intends to contribute to the development of a coherent approach towards European Civil Procedure and to European principles of civil procedure. The primary research project for the period of 2011-2016 will be ‘Securing Quality of Cross-Border Enforcement: Towards European Principles of Civil Procedure?’, financed by the Dutch Scientific Organization for Scientific Research within its Innovational Research Incentives Scheme (VIDI).
