Prof. dr. Sandra Groeneveld
As of 1 October 2014, Dr S.M. Groeneveld has been appointed Professor of Public Administration with a focus on Public Sector Management at Leiden University (Institute of Public Administration, Campus The Hague).Sandra Groeneveld is currently affiliated with the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She studies the structure and management of public organisations, focusing particularly on questions of organisational change, HRM and diversity management.
In addition to her expertise in the field of the management of public organisations, she also teaches courses for bachelor’s, master’s and PhD students on the methods and statistics of scientific research. She hopes to make use of her new position in The Hague to further strengthen the link between her scientific work and the practice of management in the public sector.
