Presentation Women Professors Monitor 2025

During this event, we will present the latest figures on gender representation within Dutch academia, including insights into the positions and participation of women across universities, university medical centers, and other institutions. The presentation will include a reflection on the outcomes of the 2025 Monitor by LNVH Chair Yvonne Benschop.

At the request of the LNVH, universities have jointly established new target figures for 2030. Together with representatives from the universities, we will look ahead and discuss these ambitions during an interactive session with speakers and participants.

The event is open to all who are interested — including students, academics, policymakers, administrators, and ministry representatives.
