The Erasmus Centre for Women and Organisations (ECWO) at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University presents;ECWO’s second conference themed around how you can make a positive, lasting impact in business.
Women represent half of the world’s population and therefore half of its potential. Gender parity in the workforce is urgently needed to accelerate sustainable development. It has been proven that empowering women has a multiplier effect, and helps drive up economic growth and development across the board. The increase in participation of women in positions of leadership at all levels of decision making, will help strengthen policies and legislation for greater gender equality.
